My Doctor wants me to have Physical Therapy. What happens next?

Once we receive the order for Physical Therapy from your provider we will contact you to set up your initial appointment. At this appointment the physical therapist will determine the frequency and duration of your physical therapy visits.

What do I need to bring to my first appointment?

Be sure to bring a copy of your insurance cards, a list of your current medications, and reading glasses if applicable. You will be filling out some paperwork so please arrive 15 minutes early.

What should I wear to my physical therapy appointments?

Wear comfortable, loose clothing and tennis shoes. Please do not wear clothes that are tight or high heels.

Is Dry Needling available?

Yes, dry needling is available at all 3 of our locations. For dry needling only, the initial consultation is $75 and each treatment is $40. Dry needling is considered self pay and is not covered by insurance.
